Webador allows you to link Google Analytics to your website.
JouwWeb states it configures its Google Analytics cookies so that IP addresses are anonymised and Google may not use the data for other services.

D. Displaying external content and web resources (YouTube, Google Fonts)
To display embedded videos and consistent typography.
Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), where required (see Cookies).

 

4) Hosting and website platform (JouwWeb / Webador)

Our website is built and hosted using JouwWeb/Webador. The hosting provider processes technical data to deliver and protect the website (e.g., log files).

Server log data typically includes: IP address, date/time of access, requested page/file, referrer URL, browser/device/OS information, and similar technical data.
Purpose: secure operation and delivery of the website.
Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We use cookies and similar technologies. Some cookies are strictly necessary for the website to function. Other cookies/technologies (e.g., analytics or external media) may require your consent before they are used.

We use Google Analytics to analyse website usage and improve our website.

Notes (platform configuration): JouwWeb indicates it configures Google Analytics in a privacy-friendly way (IP anonymisation and restricting Google’s use for other services).

Recipients: Google (typically Google Ireland Limited; possibly affiliated entities).
International transfers: processing outside the EU/EEA (e.g., the US) cannot be ruled out; where required, appropriate safeguards may be used (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

 

7) YouTube (embedded videos)

Our website may include embedded videos from YouTube. When a page with an embedded video is loaded, your browser may connect to YouTube/Google servers, which can result in processing of technical data (including IP address and device information).

Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), where required for external media.

Privacy Enhanced Mode: YouTube explains that you can use “Privacy Enhanced Mode” by embedding videos via youtube-nocookie.com instead of youtube.com.

Recipients: YouTube/Google (Google Ireland Limited; possibly affiliated entities).
International transfers: cannot be ruled out; appropriate safeguards may apply where required.

 

8) Google Fonts (web fonts)

We use Google Fonts to display fonts consistently.

When Google Fonts are embedded via the web API, Google states it does not set or log cookies, but it does receive the user’s IP address, the requested URL, and HTTP headers (including user agent and referrer) to deliver the fonts and for security.

Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), where required.
Recipients: Google (typically Google Ireland Limited; possibly affiliated entities).
International transfers: cannot be ruled out; appropriate safeguards may apply where required.

 

9) How long we keep data (retention)

  • Enquiries and correspondence: kept as long as necessary to handle your request and for follow-up, unless longer storage is required (e.g., for legal claims).

  • Client/order files: stored as needed to perform the service and for documentation, then deleted/archived according to necessity and legal obligations.

  • Accounting records: kept for statutory retention periods.
